An Effective Leader Assignment. I have an assignment and this assignment is a group work assignment; my part is to write the introduction of this assignment. The introduction should include: Identifying the effective leader, (who is the effective leader you have chosen to talk about? Sonia Gandhi); give a brief description of the leader. Your introduction should also include a literature review; (also, what has been said about that effective leader and about their leadership style?). In addition, in your introduction; you should Give reasons for your choice (at least 5 reasons for choosing that specific effective leader). The group and I have chosen Sonia Gandhi as the effective leader we are going to talk about; and her leadership style is a transactional leader style. For referencing, use Harvard Referencing.
