The required style of writing this paper is APA, document should be geared towards Air Traffic Controllers at Tampa International given that I will be gathering data from this airport. This is just the proposal therefore data will be provided for the second phase. Three to six sub problems are required for this proposal,there should also be hypothesis for each sub problems. I was contemplating on these sub problems 1) Are policies in place to allow appropriate break periods and work load hours for ATC 2) Would automation such as Nexgen assist ATC in decreasing errors caused by fatigue. 3) will automation increase errors due to complacency. The final paper should be 15 20 pages in length, not including title page, table of content, and bibliography. The font size should be no larger than 12 point and the margins on the top, bottom, left, and right side of the page should be no larger than one inch. I feel this topic would fit in with my business degree because any business owner or management team should know how to handle situations such as these and be able to figure out ways to prevent such catastrophes from happening.
