The required style of writing this paper is APA, document should be geared towards Air Traffic Controllers at Tampa International given that I will be gathering data from this airport. This is just the proposal therefore data will be provided for the second phase. Three to six sub problems are required for this proposal,there should also be hypothesis for each sub problems. I was contemplating on these sub problems 1) Are policies in place to allow appropriate break periods and work load hours for ATC 2) Would automation such as Nexgen assist ATC in decreasing errors caused by fatigue. 3) will automation increase errors due to complacency. These are just my thoughts not sure if they are relevant, but writer is allowed to tailor proposal topic in order to better captivate audience. I am open to suggestions and discussions between writer and myself to ensure the ultimate goal of the proposal is met. Due date for submission of document is June 16th 2017 (11 days)
