Routers and Routing

Imagine that you have been hired as a network engineer in a company that uses Cisco routers. You will be responsible for configuring and managing four (4) routers. Determine whether you would use a dynamic or static routing protocol. Provide a rationale for your response and a justification for using the selected protocol with four (4) routers. Routers operate on the network layer of the OSI model and forward packets based on the logical address of the machine. Describe the key way(s) that routers are used in conjunction with switches to effectively create a VLAN. Give your opinion on whether or not the use of routers with VLAN is necessary. Provide a rationale for your response.
