The above link will take you to an interactive game. This game is designed to show you the roles of supply and demand using the fast-paced business setting of lemonade sales. Please read the instructions and play a round or two of the game. After you are done, write a paper reflecting on your experience (250 word minimum). Two of your favorite clients, a brother and a sister in their 20s, have come to you for help with the sale of a beautiful lake shore cottage. 1. First, remember to set forth the names and addresses of the parties and how the buyers intend to title.
2. Specify the amount of the purchase price, the date of closing and the form in which the money must be paid at closing.

4. How long does the buyer have to secure financing?

Assignment 2: Discussion—Nature Versus Nurture

The term gender has been used in the field of social science to define the line between biological and social differences. Popular culture has transcribed these differences into the nature-versus-nurture debate. In popular culture, the use of these descriptors indicates a complete understanding of the breadth of both socially and biologically determined differences regarding the psychology of gender.

In this assignment, you will imagine you are part of a debate in a communications course. The debate is on the subject of nature versus nurture.

The facilitator will assign you to a debate team either in favor of nature or nurture.

Using the module readings, the Argosy University online library resources, and the Internet, research the subject of nature versus nurture. Select at least one scholarly, peer-reviewed resource for use in this assignment.

Combine your experiences with the research and respond to the following:

Provide a focused introduction that integrates the description of your assigned perspective along with a well-crafted argument.
Provide your closing arguments about why your perspective is more important in determining the psychology of gender and its impact on psychosocial development.
