This is the basic accepted style for reporting experimental data in the chemical literature.
The J. Organic Chemistry is a solid journal respected for its integrity in publishing good data in a
standard format. The basic structure is:
Abstract (< 150 words, use past tense)
A. Introduction
B. Results and Discussion
C. Conclusions
D. Experimental
E. References
The introduction orients the reader. Why is this an important experiment, or an important
reaction? Why should I be interested? What is the impact in the larger context of organic
chemistry?
The Results and Discussion section discusses your results. You should describe and analyze what
happened, provide the product structures and give their assignments based on your NMR data.
You can also bring in any supporting data from the chemical literature or other sources (Aldrich
catalog, your Organic textbook), referenced appropriately. You should use Schemes to illustrate
reactions and reaction mechanisms and/or Figures to show apparatus.
The results and discussion section could be broken down into subheadings of your choosing.
The conclusion is self-explanatory.
The Experimental section includes the detailed procedure, written up in a formal way. The basic
idea is to be concise and be sure someone else could follow what you did. The experimental

Locate your state’s constitution and examine the major elements and articles of the constitution.

Review its contents and functions. Search for information about the branches of government and the funding sources for your state government.

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper that addresses the following:

• How are the main components of government set up by your state’s constitution?

If you incorporate citations, you must include a reference page in current APA format. If you use resources from Virginia Department of Education plan, do not copy and paste from them as if the words were yours. To avoid plagiarism, summarize the content using your own words and cite your sources and quotations according to current APA guidelines. Be sure to use the grading rubric that is attached.

Leadership is a lifetime journey with many curves and twists. However, in order to grow in your own development it’s important to know where you are in this journey, and where you plan to go to achieve your goals. Use these four sections to guide your leadership discovery analysis.

1. Important Learning:Summarize what you learned through self-assessment concerning your leadership characteristics based on the various numerous self-assessments taken from text.
2. Personal Leadership Philosophy:Provide the leadership philosophy which will direct your behavior. This is your leadership platform. Offer a rational for the items that will comprise the leadership style(s) that will direct your behavior. Through utilizing an importance of your particular values coupled with a research basis you will construct your leadership platform of characteristics, styles, traits, behaviors, and/or leadership theories and models. The Personal Leadership Philosophy must contain a minimum of five specific characteristics, styles, traits, behaviors, and/or leadership theories or models.
3. Personal Leadership Plan:Propose a plan for your personal leadership growth and development over the next five years. Be specific, include courses of study, lateral career assignments, mentor relationships you intend to develop, and the progress review process you will use to assess your development. Your Professional Leadership Plan must have a minimum of five specific items or actions.
4. Leadership Actions:Describe three actions you intend to do as a leader NOW at your place of work or in your general life activities. Provide a rationale of why you have selected such actions.
