Basically, the essay needs to have reference to a line from a poem. The poem that I\’m using is \’The Manhunt\’ and the line that I\’ve picked is, \”the frozen river which ran through his face\”. this line needs to be included in the essay three times- the beginning the middle and the end. It needs to be something to bring back up whilst writing the creative piece and the writing has to relate to the line. The topic that i have to write is about war and how the line relates and links to the hardship, the struggle and negative impacts that war has on someones side. Think of the post-war physiological and emotional effects. When writing the piece, i have to be writing it as a first person, who went through these experiences and who expresses his experience with war. I am the husband who just got back from war to see his wife. Also, the piece needs to include a flashback from my times in war and what triggered the flashback e.g. lightning sound reminds me of the cacophonous sounds of war etc.
