This assignment has two parts.:Write a 2–3 page evaluation of the quality improvement program that you have created. This should be the annual summary of the hypothetical data. Make sure your hypothetical data are credible.:As you may recall from , your Course Project was to prepare a total quality improvement program, with a focus on one high-risk area. Continuous quality improvement covers many areas. Healthcare Marketing

The CEO of your firm has just announced that the organization is considering two diverse strategies to increase business: marketing healthcare services to the mature healthcare consumer, or marketing healthcare services to international consumers. In a separate 6- to 7-page Microsoft Word document

Write a 2-3 page paper using proper APA formatting. Within this paper you are asked to analyze the types on contracts that are void and voidable as well as why they are forbidden in the business world.

Contracts are integrated into our everyday life whether we realize it or not. If you make a purchase at a store, you are creating a contract for the purchase of said items in return for cash, check or credit. While this may not be a traditional type of contract consisting of a written document that all parties sign, this is nevertheless a contract.Much the same, we deal with contracts on a day-to-day basis in the business world. But, can everything be contracted? Or are there certain contracts that are void or voidable (hint, hint)?Write a 2-3 page paper using proper APA formatting. Within this paper you are asked to analyze the types of contracts that are void and voidable as well as why they are forbidden in the business world. Below are some ideas to help get you started:

You work for a pharmacuticals company as a statistical process analyst. Your job is to analyze processes and make sure they are in statistical control. In one process, a machine is supposed to add 9.8 mg of a compound to a mixture in a vial. (assume this process can be approximated by a normal distribution.) The acceptable range of amonts of the compound added is 9.65 mg to 9.95 mg inclusive.Because of an error with the release valve, the setting on the machine shifts from 9.8 mg to check that the machine is adding the correct amount of the compound into the vials, you select at random 3 samples of 5 vials and find the mean amount of the compound added for each sample. A coworker asks why you take 3 sample of size 5 and find the mean instead of randomly choosing and measuring the amounts in 15 vials individually to check the machine settings (note: both samples are chosen without replacement)

Nonprofit organizations

The project report should provide readers with information relevant for discussion in the course. Project reports could present the management challenge and present a suggested resolution of the challenge.

SO to clarify a bit, once you\’ve found a nonprofit that had a management challenge/problem, I would break the paper down in the following way to make it easier to approach it (this is a suggested approach):

1. Quick overview of the company,

2. Identify the business or management problem – define this as companies ALL the time run into problems and need to work through them (i.e. BP\’s oil spill, Toyota\’s recalls on the gas pedal, Volkswagon\’s emission scandal to name a few).

3. Research all that can provide you with the status of this problem from start to current state.

4. Relate back to the text and CITE (include a reference page) on the topics to bridge the gap between practice (what is going on) to how you could approach it.

5. Provide a recommendation based upon the theories/concept in the text.

Allstate Insurance Company, 1973 C.C.H.

This is a risk management course

This is the prompt:
In an interesting case in Arizona, Vanguard Insurance Company v. Cantrell v. Allstate Insurance Company, 1973 C.C.H. (automobile) 7684, an insurer was held liable for personal injuries inflicted on a store owner when its insured robbed the store and fired a warning shot to scare the owner. The robber\’s aim was bad, and he hit the owner. Because he had not intended to harm the owner, the insured convinced the court that the exclusion under a homeowners policy of intentional injury should not apply.
What reasoning might the court have applied to reach this decision?
Do you agree with this decision? Why or why not?
Can you find a more recent case in either Massachusetts or New Hampshire?

Please note that the case to be written on can be found on google
