Each student will write a 10-12 page Research paper (excluding the title and reference pages), using 12 point Times New Roman Font. Each student is to select two countries for the Research Paper. The names are to be submitted by email to the instructor for approval by Day 5 (Friday) of Week 3. Be sure to choose countries, not ethnic groups or continents. For each of the two different global cultures, the student is to describe the following: – Major demographics – Factors that may impact the health of the countries’ people (environmental, political, economic, etc.) – Health care systems – Common cultural values, beliefs, and practices – How the healthcare administrator might facilitate the provision of a culturally competent environment of care if a patient of the selected countries’ culture needed to receive care in a U.S. healthcare facility.
