You must use Chicago footnote or endnote reference style. YOU MAY NOT USE PARENTHETICAL CITATIONS Choose any area of current constitutional controversy. Discuss the controversy (both sides), precedent you think applicable, and how you would decide the question. Your decision is to be based only on the Constitution and precedent. The issue must still be open for review by the supreme court , a topic of current public discussion, or decided by SCOTUS within the last two years. Warning: This is NOT a public policy/morality discussion. It is a CONSTITUTIONAL discussion.
