Gamification of Learning

Paige Hobbs There is a strong connection between physical education, movement, breaks, recess, energizing activities, and improved cognition.  Today there are many different ways for students to learn and many of the ways we used to learn are changing For example when I was in elementary school we had two desk top computers we barely used in the classroom, most of the time we used pencil and paper to learn. Today children have ipad, laptops and other electronic devices to learn from. Most of the learn is from games on their ipad such as monkey math. Simple biology supports an obvious link between movement and learning.
