NEW_ Predictor Variables related to Queueing Theory that are Related to Abandonment in Call Centers

Comment:
I do not want the new writer to build off of this paper at all, it is not correct. Please give the new writer all of the documents I have attached previously and all of my comments. There is no need to define the theory, define call centers, or teach on the subject. Please make sure each paragraph has a main idea, evidence to support the main idea (statistical data from studies-numerical data presented in statistical format), analysis of the evidence by the writer, and a lead out sentence to finish the paragraph and transition into the next paragraph or topic (MEAL format). I can forward over resources on the subject if needed. The current writer had the right idea on the references but did not cite the relevant data or compare/contrast findings from the different authors. Each paragraph should have at least 2 different citations (do not keep citing the same author over again or have only one author cited in a paragraph).

Discuss Prisoner Re-Entry and Mass Incarceration

1. Introduction The introduction should briefly establish context for your paper and policy recommendation, and preview what readers will find in the subsequent sections of your paper. Establish the need, challenge, or problem related to prisoner reentry and mass incarceration that you are interested in. Provide one or two key facts, trends, and statistics as needed to establish the importance of this problem or challenge. These facts are meant to make readers interested in your manuscript and the policy problem it addresses. Highlight prior research that suggests this need or challenge exists and is important. Identify, briefly implications of this need or challenge (and, of not addressing it). Include a final paragraph of this section that is the goals paragraph. This paragraph should start with The goal of this paper similar to that which was included in your proposal. Then describe clearly how your paper is going to achieve its intended goal or otherwise make the case for your policy recommendation of choice. 2. Literature review First, summarize trends in mass incarceration and prisoner reentry in the United States Second, provide a clear, organized discussion of prior research related to your specific problem and attendant policy recommendation. This section should elaborate on the points made above, in your introduction. Expand on key facts, trends, and statistics from the introduction that establish your problem in the context of prisoner reentry and the need for a policy to address it. Use subheadings in this section to organize your writing. (For example, a paper focused on employment problems might have the following sub-headings: Prior research on prisoner reentry then Empirical studies of ex-prisoner unemployment and then Theory and research on in-prison programming targeting vocational training.) 3. Policy recommendation This section is the climax of the paper. It provides the main argument that you are making. Describe in clear detail the policy you are recommending. Provide support with theory, logic, argumentation, and prior research that this policy is needed, based on prior literature reviewed above, and most importantly, make a clear argument that the policy would have benefits. 4. Policy outcomes of interest Describe two to three specific outcomes that should result from this policy and that we can measure. (Without measurable outcomes, how else would we evaluate your policys effectiveness?) Consider outcomes that would show success of the policy, but also show indications of potential failure. To be clear, envision that you are, for example, a prison warden or a probation officer tasked with, say, implementing your recommended policy and measuring its good and bad effects. What specific measures would you recommend be tracked or observed to later evaluate it? 5. Potential limitations Identify two to three potential limitations of your policy recommendation. What are its potential shortcomings? What should policymakers look out for? In addition, identify one to two potential adverse consequences of your policy and how they might be avoided or counteracted. 6. Conclusions and next steps Summarize concisely the problem you focused on. Summarize concisely the policy recommendation for which you argued. Summarize concisely the potential consequences of your policy recommendation Identify two or three next steps for research on prisoner reentry and mass incarceration that would directly assist with the development of your policy recommendation and ameliorating your problem of interest.
