You are to do the following:
1. Pick one day where you will go without communication for 12 hours (i.e. the time you get off work until the time you wake up for work the next day is probably a great time for each of us)
2. You will write a 250 word (single spaced) blog post about your experience on 4 separate days. You should include the following in your post:
The day, the date, and the time frame you selected
How you felt going without communication (anxiety, relief, stress, peace, etc)
How you felt going without access to digital information (empowered, helpless, out of the loop, etc.)
